School of Missions and Ministries | Louisiana College

School of Missions and Ministries

The School of Missions and Ministries exists to prepare students for life-long vocational Christian ministry. Students who major in the School of Missions and Ministries will learn to love and serve the church from a world-class faculty who have numerous years in a context that marries local-church ministry and serious academic study. To offer hands-on training, we help facilitate opportunities for students to serve in local churches, take cross-cultural mission trips, take trips to seminary conferences, and offer fellowships to enrich the educational experience. For our students who wish to pursue seminary, we partner with several of our Southern Baptist seminaries to expedite graduate work.

Mission

The School of Missions and Ministries exists to equip men and women to serve in local church ministry and to take the Great Commission to the ends of the earth.

The School of Missions and Ministries is located on the bottom floor level of Guinn Auditorium and can be reached at 318–487–7255 by phone or by email at Allison.weaver@lacollege.edu
