The Louisiana College Office of the Registrar is uniquely designed to be the crossroads where academic data meets living, breathing students. We strive to maintain the privacy and best interests of each student while supporting the overall heart and mission of Louisiana College, maintaining accurate records and insuring compliance with curricular requirements. We are here to serve you, and are available Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:45 am – Noon. Do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

  • All students must pay in full and confirm their registration by the purge deadlines to complete the registration process by logging into the MyLaCollege portal and following the procedures in the "Student Check-In" window located on the Registration tab.
  • Note: Students who have zero or credit balances (a minus sign or "CR" indicates a credit balance) because their tuition/fees are paid by TOPS, scholarships, federal financial aid, or other credits are still required to "confirm" registration through the MyLaCollege portal by the purge date.
  • Failure to complete tuition/fee payment and confirm your schedule by these deadlines will result in the purge (cancellation) of your class schedule.

Official Transcripts

To request an official transcript, click here. Requests CANNOT be accepted over the phone.

  • Same Day Pick Up: $10 Each (This option only available at the Office Window)
  • Official Transcript Mailed: $5 Each
  • Transcripts by Electronic Delivery: $5 each

Current students can print a free Unofficial Transcript from the MyLaCollege Portal. If you are not a current student you must request an official transcript.


Statement from President Dr. Rick Brewer:

Dear Class of December 2019 and May 2020:

As we prepare for the virtual Commencement Ceremony Saturday, August 8 @ 10am please be reminded to send a photo of you in or with your cap and gown to to include in the ceremony as your name is called. I hope all undergraduates and graduates will send photos this coming week to provide sufficient time for the technical production element of this ceremony to be accomplished. Additionally, the Deans and Department Chairs for our academic programs will announce the names of the graduates in their respective academic areas.

We will also recognize graduates who received academic awards and accolades this past year during the virtual ceremony.

I want to let all know that you are invited to participate in the 2021 Commencement Ceremony scheduled for May 8, 2021 at 10am. I trust you will be able to join us for this momentous event in 2021 as we come together to celebrate the success of multiple classes of graduates.

I am proud of each of you and applaud you for reaching this major milestone in your personal and professional journey. I know you join me in thanking your parents and others in your family who faithfully assisted you with financial, emotional, and spiritual support as you achieved this goal.

Degree/Enrollment Verification

Grade Reports

  • Final semester grades, as well as mid-semester Absence & Deficiency grades, are distributed through the MyLaCollege website.
  • A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be assigned to new students by the 5th week of the semester. Along with your student ID number, this PIN will allow you to access your grades. Once assigned, your PIN will be sent to your LC email address.
  • Please protect your PIN as you would any other personal identification number.
  • Please log-in to MyLaCollege to View Unofficial Transcript.
