IT Help Desk Specialist
Louisiana College is seeking applicants for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist provides support to staff for all Louisiana College IT supported applications. Duties include: troubleshooting computer problems, determining the source and recommending an appropriate action; completing application project-based work; and maintaining good first contact experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Skills Required: Must demonstrate Christian character, follow established procedures and communicate clearly to others.  Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Advanced knowledge of company supported applications is preferred.

Head Softball Coach
Louisiana College is seeking applicants for a Head Softball Coach, who will be responsible for initiating various aspects of the program, such as recruiting and training squad members. The Head Softball Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Louisiana College, the American Southwest Conference (ASC), and NCAA. This is a twelve-month position. Louisiana College is a member of the NCAA at the Division III level.

Skills Required
Qualified candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.  Recruiting skills are essential in this role.  The successful candidate will possess knowledge of athletic recruitment methods and techniques.  An in-depth knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required.

Head Tennis Coach/Associate Athletic Director
Louisiana College is seeking applicants for the Head Tennis Coach and Associate Athletic Director position. The Head Tennis Coach will develop the LC Tennis program and coach student athletes.  The position is also responsible for assisting the Athletic Director in all operational aspects of the Louisiana College Athletic Department.  The job duties include assisting with the daily operation of the athletic department and coordinating various administrative functions within the department. This role is a leadership role that supports the daily functions of the athletic department and its relationship to college wide operations.  The Associate Athletic Director is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Louisiana College, the American Southwest Conference (ASC), and the NCAA. Louisiana College is a member of the NCAA at the Division III level.

Skills Required: Qualified candidates should possess at least a Bachelors Degree in a Sports field and coaching experience equivalent to two years coaching at high school, Junior college level in Tennis. An in-depth knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required. Skills in budget preparation preferred.

Security Officer, Full-time
Louisiana College is seeking applicants for a full-time Security Officer. This person will need to be available to work various schedules, which include nights and weekends.

Skills Required: Demonstrate Christian character, ability to follow established procedures and ability to communicate clearly to others. LC security officers are required to walk around campus and climb stairs as part of the job description.  High School diploma or equivalent required.
