Registration Assistant Job Opening:

Louisiana College is seeking applicants for a Registration Assistant. The Registration Assistant participates in the activities of the Registrar’s Office ensuring the functions are performed accurately, expeditiously, and confidentially. Main duties include: assisting with registration and grade processing; maintaining and updating student files; and responding to transcript requests from students, former students, employees, and other institutions of higher learning. Compliance with Federal Privacy laws is extremely important.

Skills and Education Required: Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office software and e-mail. High School diploma or equivalent required. Two year College degree or Technical College in a business-related field preferred.
