Vice President for Advancement 

The VP for Advancement assists the President with college advancement initiatives including the Board of Visitors program, annual fund, corporate and foundation relations, Church Campaign, major gifts and gift planning, endowment development, capital campaigns, Athletics fund raising, and alumni and constituent relations efforts, stewardship, and advancement services. 

Bachelor’s degree is required and master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience as a senior level advancement, Higher Education, or corporate professional is preferred. 

Must be a visible Christian leader and give witness as a person who lives a life that honors the Lord Jesus Christ and is consonant with the Statement of Christian Standards of Louisiana College and the Baptist Faith and Message. 

Other important characteristics include a strong work ethic, competitive nature, personal integrity, emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning skills, and a vocational call to Christian Higher Education. Evidence of a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth is also required.

Assistant Football Coach Positions (1 full-time and 1 part-time position)

Louisiana College is seeking applicants for an Assistant Football Coach position.  The Assistant Football Coach at Louisiana College is responsible for supporting the Head Coach by coaching student athletes, recruiting, mentoring student athlete academic progress, scheduling, managing travel, and overseeing the discipline, conduct, and image of the student athlete.  The Assistant Football Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Louisiana College, the American Southwest Conference (ASC), and NCAA. Louisiana College is a member of the NCAA at the Division III level.

Skills Required: Qualified applicants for the Assistant Football Coach at Louisiana College will at a minimum, have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an appropriate area of specialization, and related experience.
