College Drive Apartments provide female upperclassmen with unique apartment style living option. The complex, which houses 45 female upperclassmen, has four bedroom units that include a kitchen, living room, bathroom and private bedrooms.

College Drive Amenities

• One standard twin bed
• A desk and chair
• A closet
• A dresser
• A suite bathroom (shared with one other person in the apartment)
• Kitchenette with small fridge, stovetop and sink
• All rooms are carpeted
• Internet access at each desk (using an Ethernet cord provided by the student)
• Cable Television in each room (TV provided by student)
• Telephone and caller ID access available in each room (Phone provided by student)
• Laundry Facilities on first floor (coinless in the Fall and Spring semesters)
• Central Air and Heat
• Lobby area
• Vending machines on first floor
• Security door leading into the building (only residents will have a card to access)
• Occupants per room: 4

Please note that College Drive Apartments are reserved for upper classmen. A student must be a sophomore by classification and must have a 2.25 GPA. Students wishing to move to CDA must submit an application in the Residence Life Office.
