Cultural & Spiritual Enrichment Program
The Cultural and Spiritual Enrichment program of the College exists to
undergird the cultural and spiritual development of students, enrich learning
beyond the classroom, and foster Christian community together for communal
worship, educational experiences, fellowship, renewal, and the celebration
of achievement, events, and forums. Cultural and Spiritual Enrichment
is planned under the direction of the College Life and Development Committee.
This campus-wide committee involves student, faculty, and staff representatives
as well as the Student Worship Committee in providing direct input into
the planning and coordination of worship services and assemblies.
Why Attendance at Cultural & Spiritual Enrichment
Program is Required at Louisiana College
- Encourage spiritual growth by providing shared worship experiences
designed to examine the nature of faith within a diversity of understandings.
- Create a spirit of community by bringing the College family together
for communal worship, educational experiences, fellowship, renewal,
and the celebration of achievement.
- Foster intellectual development by offering cultural enrichment programs
and presentations on issues of current interest.
