LC Debate Team competes at Henderson State

Pineville, LA… This past weekend, the LC debate team traveled to Arkadelphia, Arkansas where they participated in a tournament hosted by Henderson State University. Emerging from a field of forty-four, Lauren Dunn had a record of 6-1 and Rebecca Lacy had a record of 4-3. Both debaters qualified for the sweet 16 round in eliminations. Lacy was the number sixteen seed and Dunn was the number four seed. Both were defeated in octo-finals.
