Louisiana College Schedules National Day of Prayer Event

Thursday, May 3rd has been designated the National Day of Prayer for the nation. This year is the 56th anniversary for individuals, churches and companies across the nation to gather for a time of focused prayer.
The theme for this year’s national Day of Prayer is “America, Unite in Prayer” and is based on the verse from II Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” NIV
LC students, faculty and staff members, as well as, central Louisiana community members are invited to participate in a special time of prayer on Thursday, May 3rd at 11:45 a.m. in front of Alexandria Hall by the fountain. Rain location will be Bolton Chapel, located in Guinn Auditorium.
