Louisiana College Associate Director of Financial Aid

Requirements: BA/BS degree with minimum two yars of financial aid experience in higher education. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations, institutional policies and procedures for the registrar and bursar. Candidate must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, leadership, organizational and presentation skills. Demonstrated evidence of detail orientation, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently with large levels of responsibility are essential. Position will begin immediately.

Louisiana College is a private, Baptist, coeducation college of liberal arts and sciences with selected professional programs, located in Pineville, LA. The College was founded in 1906 and is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Louisiana Baptist Convention. It has an enrollment of about 1,000 students and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
