Biography:
Andy Hurla is the head athletic trainer here at LC and was the head athletic trainer at Alexandria Senior High School as well as Coordinator of the Christus Louisiana Sports Medicine Program before coming here full time.   Andy graduated from Fort Hays State in 1999 with a BS in Physical Education with emphasis in Athletic Training.  In 2001, he also completed his Masters in Physical Education with emphasis in Sports Administration at Fort Hays State.  Andy is a member of LATA and co-chairs the Public Relations Committee with Jamie Cochran.  He is also the Louisiana representative for SEATA’s Public Relation’s committee.  Andy is married and his wife’s name is Sarah.
